One disc under the toilet lid is loose, causing the toilet seat to move around

Hi, I need to fix the door and the toilet seat need to be replaced by the new one. It is in one room in the same house.

I have two rechargeable lamps, that just need to be put together and then drilled into the side of my cabinet on either side of the bed. It's a really easy job. I just don't have a drill or the skills. Also there is a toilet seat that just needs to be screwed in and my old one taken off, that is literally it. It's a 20-minute job at the very most

The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area.
