Hi there! Looking for someone handy/tradie to help fix a soft-close toilet seat/lid that has stopped soft closing properly. It’s not a huge job, but we haven’t had much luck figuring it out ourselves and would really appreciate some help from someone local. Flexible with timing over the next week. Architrave Repair: The wood/door frame next to the shower shows water damage and swelling. I need the damaged section cleaned, sanded, filled/repaired, and repainted to a professional finish. Caulking: Re-seal/caulk the area between the shower screen and the door frame to prevent further water ingress. Requirements: Please bring all necessary tools, wood filler, quality silicone/caulk, and white paint for the trim. Must have experience with wet-area repairs to ensure the wood fix lasts.

I have a tankless toilet and would like to install a smart toilet seat on it. The water tank can be accessed from the back wall and there is provision power outlet near by already.

Need fixing: 1 door to fix by screwing the nails(its fallen off),fix sliding cupboard - it needs to be attached. Did a DIY installment on new toilet seats - needs to be adjusted properly as the screws are loose. Toilet gets blocked every now and then - need someone to put through the silver snake as the first initial DIY fix. Should take more than 1 hour?

Our toilet seat has come off (not really sure why/how) needing someone to come and reattach it. You will need to supply all tools and if any additional fixings are required. The task can be done today (Sunday) or Monday.

I bought a smart bidet toilet seat and my old housemate put it in. We kept the old one and I’ve moved out and want to take it with me and have the old toilet seat put back in. It’s just a matter of turning the two handles underneath to get the seat off and will need a wrench to remove the double adapter from the tap and reattach the pipe from the cistern to the tap and then putting the old one back on with the two handles underneath. Should only take 5 mins. Preferably anytime from now to 1pm as cleaners are coming at 1. Price negotiable
