We have an insulated ceiling above a home office at the back of our garage which is impossibe to keep rats out of. It's been manageable for the last few years with baiting but we now have some rats that have moved back in. The bait will get them eventually but we want to remove the insulation to stop the problem re-occuring in the future. The job involves: - Removal of the plywood boards on top of the insulation - Removal of the insulation - Cleaning / sanitation / deorirising of the ceiling space (i.e .top of the gyprock ceiling boards) There is open access to the roof space at the back of the garage as seen in the photos. It's approx 2.6m wide with 0.7m crawl space clearance at the high point of the roof. The space is about 3.5m long.
