Description: I am looking for an experienced installer to lay ceiling insulation in a single-story residential home in Maroochydore. Area: Approx 185sqm. Materials: All insulation batts (R5/R6) will be purchased and on-site. Property Type: Pre-1980 build. Note that joist spacing is 600mm (I have provided the matching 580mm width batts). Access: Standard internal manhole access. Roof cavity is single-story. See attached photos Installation must include leaving required safety gaps (200mm) around any non-IC-rated downlights or exhaust fans. Care must be taken around electrical wiring. Power will be turned off at the mains during the installation for safety.

I have a 2016 Xtrail with a lot of water in the footwells. I'm sure this is because of a clogged front sunroof drain. If it's an issue with the front sunroof drains, you'll need to remove the wiper arms, cowl cover, and wiper motor, then break the nubs out of the drain fittings so they don't clog again. The car then needs a bleach-based fungicide on the undercarpets when you dry them out, and use it before drying. Mold spores are only dangerous when they dry out, so treat for mold while it's still wet..

My gutters need cleaning

I need a section of my roof painted - it needs to be cleaned (disconnect from tank water before doing so), then 2 coats of a darker paint. Roof is in good condition, the 2 areas are relatively flat and they have good access via ladder from the front of the building. The furthest area shown on the photo is 4 x 5metres and the closest is approx 5 x 8 metres. I need someone who has done this type of work before and has the appropriate equipment. If you can purchase paint and I will reimburse on top of this price.

Have multiple patches in ceiling that need repair and sanding as well as gap filling around cornices and then paint to complete. I have the paint, Gap filler and filler compound. Need done before this Friday as floor is epoxy painted then.

House gutter needs cleaning

A roofer is needed for 1hr of labour. We have a single storey brick house with tiled roof. I have installed a new ducted rangehood to be connected to the eave with semi rigid hose, however, it is too crowded at eave area. Task is to step on roof, remove few tiles and connect the semi rigid hose to a flexi hose (125mm), then bring the flexi to eave area (where there is already s grille installed). I will provide the ladder, flexi hose and connector, so only labour is required. Location: Noosaville

The tile roof has leaked during the heavy rain of Saturday 15th November. It did NOT leak during major storm of 24th Nov. It was repaired once by another contractor but he has moved out of zone and can't reattend. Can supply pictures when required.
