Water ingress caused 2 holes in internal bathroom roof and 1 hole in the wall. Need someone to patch holes with a neat and smooth finish. One hole is surrounding a downlight and may need a larger patch with a new downlight hole cut into it. No painting required. Water source has been identified and resolved.

Hi 16m of 2nd storey gutter (approx 6m off ground) to be cleaned out. Last time a blower was used with an attachment but it gave a pretty poor result. We would prefer the gutters cleaned by hand from a ladder. You will need your own ladder. Thanks Dan

Hi! We have: 1. Four (4) tiles that have been cracked and previously "fixed" by builder with silicon (refer picture). They are under ridge line so the pointing needs to be broken and replaced (just locally patched). Pointing to be dark charcoal colour similar to existing (but exact colour match not critical). We will supply the replacement tiles. 2. There seems to be a large gap between one side of skylight and tiles (refer picture). Please fill / seal gap as you recommend (mortar mix?, flashing?) 3. We have two roof valleys (4m long each approx) that might need some attention. Please provide optional price to replace (eg with a dark Colourbond valley) All work is on single storey section of house. Small ensuite needs waterproofing, plaster has just been done. Ensuite is 1.6m x 1.6m and waterproofing 1.8 high. Shower base is a stand alone shower with no tiled floor. Very easy job. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 6 June 2022
