I'm a designer fixing up a garage in Beaconsfield (6162)and turning it into a kids playroom. There is a strip of roof along the boundary wall that needs to be repaired or replaced and fitted with a secret gutter and downpipe. Ideally would happen this weekend or next week if you have time. I'll send some photos now to give you a bit more of an idea!

Airtasker please do not take the money out of my account for this job as you already have taken $1734.00. This is the same job as previously posted It's 6 x4 metres in total so its the inside roof and the inside of the wall (which is showing the exterior ) on the photo as there is stuff up against it on the insde so a photo wasnt possible but you can get the idea with the outside of the garage wall. The insulation will need to be fixed to the ceiling and inner wall. We are flexible on dates for this job to be done

The original evaporative air conditioner has been decommissioned (water supply shut off and power disconnected) but is intermittently blocking the Solar panels. Need it removed and disposed of, and heritage green corrugated roof sheeting supplied and installed in its place and roof made good, watertight and with insulation as per the rest of the roof. The house is two storey and the pitch is around 26-28deg. It will need to be completed on a Saturday.
