Gutter clean 2 storey house in Balmain. Needs small tidy up on a guard (see pic), the rest of the gutter guards are in very good condition. Needs gutters to be flushed out as it has been 3-4 years since it was done last time. Also attached are pics from and Goole Earth to get a better idea of roof.

Removing Christmas lights from eaves

I need bird-proofing mesh installed around rooftop solar panels to prevent birds from nesting underneath. We have a 10kW system made up of 23 solar panels (brand: Jinko), installed last year on a pitched roof (please see photos for further details). There is already one pigeon nesting under a panel, so we’re looking to install reinforced or galvanised mesh securely around each panel. The property is a two-storey duplex located in the Eastern Suburbs. Requirements: • Price needs to include labor and material (happy to arrange a site visit first for a more accurate assessment). • Must have your own tools, be experienced/qualified in roof work, and carry own insurance for safety. Move the panels in the pictures and 10 roofing sheets to the backyard. There would be about 30 steps over 50 meters each way. The concrete panels are large but relatively light. 40kg each. 2 people would be required due to size.

A section of our back roof and eaves has/is falling apart. The section of eave is about 2.5m in length. A few of the roof timbers in the section have become rotten and will need to be replaced. The relevant section of eave needs to be removed and replaced. No painting of the new eave is required. Also I have spare roof tiles if necessary. The successful AirTasker will need to provide all materials and bring their own tools/equipment to the task.

This is a 2 storey duplex requiring cleaning of all gutters of one duplex - not both. There is a side gate providing easy entrance and access to the gutters and roof I am looking for regular gutter cleaning services as I will likely require this to be done twice per year, so I am looking for quality service at a reasonable price. There is also a piece of wood trim that is loose near one of the gutters. I would appreciate if the tasker would also help me glue this piece back into place. I do not have a ladder but I can supply the glue. Please quote for this as well. Refer to last image to see the loose trim.
