Just completed a renovation and the certifier has asked that I waterproof a window sill in the bathroom as its within 1.5m of the shower. Ill also need a form 43 once completed. I was thinking of removing the angle, waterproofing then laying tile and new angle on the sill. I have spare tiles, dont have any glue or grout. Also happy to pay cash per hour if preffered.

I need a hole cut near the base of the main downpipe on my back patio and a small outlet pipe attached to direct excess stormwater flow out onto my sloping back lawn. The gutters are five years old and the main stormwater pipe have been replaced with 100mm pipe which goes down to the council mains at the bottom of the yard. But in heavy rain the pipe backs up into the gutter which then overflows like a curtain waterfall. My brother-in-law had the same problem and installed a small outlet pipe at the base of his main downpipe; problem solved. I have an account with Fallons but am finding them too expensive to use now. I would like some quotes please.

The fabric liner on my sunroof has come loose on one side and needs to be reattached or repaired. The sunroof still works fine, it’s just the liner that’s sagging. Looking for someone experienced with car interiors or sunroof trims who can fix it neatly without needing a full replacement. I’ve attached photos for reference. Rain gutters need to be cleared on a one story house. Debris can be placed in green bin on site. Own ladder will need to be provided as house will be being packed up to move that day.

We have some rust on our roof that we’d like either brushed off or/ rust killed then sealed and painted. We’d also like the areas where the paint has come away repainted so that it won’t rust. I have attached some photos. If you need to inspect we can arrange that too. Thanks!
