Looking to soundproof 1 x bedroom of a one bedroom flat. The room is 3.5m x 4.5m and has one window which I’d consider replacing with insulation. We need a small corner of our gutters cleaned. They are second story gutters but our house is about six metres high so it's quite high. Also, I think the last cleaner attached a gutter guard, which was thoughtful but I think the gutter guard is very clogged and might need removing (it was attached using a drill)

The roof leaking is not the main roof. It is a side roof below the main roof. There are no other leaks in the building. The roof is made of cement tiles. I have some spare tiles.
