I need someone to remove a Darche Highrize Ridgeback from the top of my Land Cruiser. Its 100-110kg, so at least a two man job to do safely. My father-in-law and I can help but I'm nursing a shoulder injury so a bit limited. Also requires some reaching under the platform to undo 13mm nuts (awkward but straightforward - could be less awkward if you have good ratchet spanner). I have a standard 13mm. Need to do today before 4pm or Sunday any time.

We deactivated a cool room and the condenser motor has to be removed. It is sitting on the roof of the property. We have a way to take it down via stairs so lift isn't required.

The roof of the sauna has been leaking due to the excessive rain. It is likely due to the straps securing the wooden roof becoming lose/ requiring an adjustment (photo attached). Looking to soundproof 1 x bedroom of a one bedroom flat. The room is 3.5m x 4.5m and has one window which I’d consider replacing with insulation. The room also has hard surfaces - the building which is mirrored. There is a door which could be sound proofed. The walls are hollow double brick rendered - 1966 build. Ceiling - no one above - empty cavity then tiled roof. The major noise is coming from downstairs mostly from tv echoing and hard wooden floor surfaces below. Currently have windows with no rubber or other insulation. Windows rattle when windy and let in hot / cold. Like to get insulation installed to stop rattling and loss of heat / cold.
