Find experienced local roofers in Jamboree Heights

I got all the roof tiles painted earlier this year. I still had some leak through tiles to the roof and had spots on celing. Need someone go to the mangole to check for possible leak and fix that permanenlty.

Timber patio repair, need new roof sheets cover and replace a couple of damaged bunn Timber patio repairs- Add and replace beam damage beam, and painted. Install timber battens with correct fall for trim deck roof sheets. Install TRIM-DECK polycarbonate roofing sheets. The job includes supplying new sheets, screws and beams, paint. Responsible for cleaning off the rubbish.

Supply material and seal the gap between facia timber and roof tile and brick wall on both side of the building. One side the gap is less than 10 mm But the other side is around 75mm (Recently I have change that facia timber and now I need to fill the gap)

Highset house. There are 1 or 2 small leaking areas where the old patio roof meets the tiled roof. The gutter joint at the front is leaking, needs sealing etc. - Due date: Flexible

Clean guttering at the front of the house and make any repairs necessary.

Needing my terracotta tiled roof cleaned, painted and gutters as well. - Due date: Flexible

After a qualified roofer to check roof for leaks and repair areas that require attention. Some areas have slight water damage but has not gotten worse since it started. Single storey, low set home.

I need two roof trusses replaced or alternatively repaired for re sale of my home. financially fit and ready to go. need done ASAP

5 bedroom house needs a cleaning of gutter

Roof gutter is leaking. We tried attacking it with silicone and it just isn't enough to stop the constant drip when we run air con. I think the corner needs to be replaced and possibly angled better so the water goes down the downpipe instead of pooling in the corner. Bonus points if you can paint the gutter monument for me! I have no idea how much that work costs, but funds are low so will be going with the best price. Thanks! Melissa - Due date: Flexible

At the moment all of the water from the downpipe is going directly to the water tank, then overflowing to the storm water drain. However, in very heavy rain the tank itself overflows because it can't escape quick enough. Please see attached first photo. What we'd like to do is install a Y junction that directs the majority of water to the storm water drain with offshoot to the water tank. Similar to how our neighbours have theirs set up - see attached second photo. We're also looking for someone to do a gutter / downpipe clean. They were done ~12 month ago, so shouldn't be too bad.

Poster requires 1 x damaged polycarbonate corrugated roof sheeting to be removed and a new sheet to be installed. Sheet length 3.6m long x 820mm wide. Tasker to dispose of damaged sheet, supply screws (12 x timber roof batton screws + 6 x metal roofing screws into 3mm steel and 3 x bolt and nut fasteners nb bolt and nuts required for under eaave fastening due to lack of drill access).Poster will supply polycarbonate sheet.
