Install overflow in a rainwater head

We have a velux window which is easily accessible inside the house, but which is hard to reach from the outside (on slanted roof, above an awning, see photo). The window has a screen on the outside (I assume to shield from the sun). We’d like to remove the screen, but I think that this will require accessing the window from the outside. I’m not sure if the photos make sense, happy to organise a video call if easier to understand.

I would like two small gutters cleaned out on a small granny flat studio. I would then like a mesh grate to be installed to ensure no leaves fall back in from the tree above. Due to the heavy rains in Sydney a year ago, we had gutters overflow and water run in under the roof. This has created mold (which is now gone) in a couple of rooms and blistering/ peeling paint on the walls in 2 rooms. I am concerned that there may be water that has soaked the wooden beams under the roof, so I’d like a certified professional roofer to have a look and identify if there is any problems to any part of the roof or structure. You will need to climb through the attic stairs and navigate to the far corner of the roof (small space) which is where the water must have entered. Supply and install 45 sqm of 0.48 BMT zincalume corrugate roof sheets to include all fixtures and fittings. 4. Supply and install 7 Lm of standard zincalume valley iron. 5. Supply and install 11 Lm of custom made zincalume compression apron flashings. 6. Supply and install 4 Lm of custom made zincalume chimney compression flashings. (Half of the chimney will be flashed). 7. Supply and install 5 Lm of custom made zincalume back tray flashing to the back of the chimney. 8. Remove all work related rubbish from site.
