Find experienced local roofers in Fairlight

Need the wooden frame dissembled and soil, grass and frame taken from rooftop (3 floors up) and disposed of today.

We have a leaking roof. Roofers are coming next week but we need some plastic or something to cover it until then.

During recent high winds, the metal disk at the top of the cowl on our kitchen chimney came off, leaving the flue exposed (see attached pics!) Imagine the job involves: 1. Accessing the roof to inspect the existing chimney cowl 2. Reattaching the original metal disk if it’s still usable and secure 3. If the existing part isn’t salvageable, replacing it with a new cowl.

I have a kings awning that needs to be attached to my roof racks. The awning is already attached to L brackets, just need to drill a hole in each roof rack on the passenger side and attach awning to roof rack with bolts provided. I have a San Hima Kalbarri Rooftop Tent, purchased brand new from Vic Offroad. Want to mount this to the roof racks on my Mitusbishi Pajero Sport 2021. Unfortunately, don't have the time to complete this and need this mounted before Friday 6th October at 6pm. The rooftop tent is 63kg and within the total roof load rating of 80kg (including 7kg roof racks). The tent is understodo to have the mounting kit included (I have not yet opened the roof tent but have Vic Offroad have confirmed all neccessary mounts etc are included. Would need this installed in our driveway in Fairlight, NSW 2094. I would of course help wit lifting the tent onto the vehicle, and can leave you to mount it from there. URGENT clean of approx 16 meters of gutter of 2 Ground floor rooms. Ladder available if required. The rest of the gutters also need cleaning but less urgent so can be done at the same time at a price to be agreed or later. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 15 February 2023

We have a blocked rooftop drainage outside. Rooftop balcony drain and an unused planterbox drain are blocked, i suspect from debris in the planter box due to the rains. Gutter leaking down left hand wall in heavy rain. Remove crazy stone, grind channel and install flushing to stop future leaks. Reglue stone and make good.

2 year old roof leaking down the wall in one spot. Think the issue is a small gap between gutter and wall that needs to be sealed. Garage roof and easy access.
