Please state quote and timing to do the job - Flashing gable end where the leak is coming through.e.g where the water buckets are in place in theupstairs attic - Remove the terracotta tiles in the valley, starting from the bottom of the valley on both sides all the way up until the ridge 4.5 Lm to gain access to the rusted out valley. Remove the top 3 ridge caps to be able to remove the valley- Remove the old lead at the valley,then remove the old rusted out Zinculume valley - Remove the gable end tiles,then remove the old cement. Clean the entire area, then remove the old 2.6Lm fibro cement - Install new lead 20 kg Lead(350 mm) to the bottom of the Zinculume Valley, also paint the lead to stop oxidation with it and the Zinculume Valley - Install a new Zinculume 4.5 Lm valley, re-lay the existing terracotta valley tiles and make watertight - Re-bed and point using 1025 colour (Flexi-point)to the ridge area where the existing ridge caps were removed - Install a new fibro/z- flashing to the gable end area as you look out of lefthand side window area as discussed.Re-bed & Point this area and make watertight - Cut 10 mm off the bottom of the gable end fascia near the bottom of the valley, - Replace 3 roof tiles or any more we notice while working over the roof area (Owner to supply roof tiles) - Remove old pipe, and install new PVC pipe to channel rainwater down to the gutter - Clean and Reseal 3 aerial cable points of connection with sealant - Full clean up of works on completion of the job

Please provide quote and when job can be done - Easy roof access from double storey floor - To remove the gable tiles, supply and install a new z-flashing and fibro - To re-cement the gable tiles and point with flexipoint - To supply and install a new flashing to the base of the valley - To extend the pipe (two holes in the photo) so water flow directly to the gutter instead of the base of the valley - Cut about 1cm off the barge edge for repainting - To replace 2 or so broken roof tiles (I have supply) - To re-seal the aerial cable point of connection

Attach perspex to 8 sections of railing + extend height of railing of the two sections around desk area. Holes will need to be drilled in 3mm Perspex, attach with cable ties so that it is removable / no damage. Pre-cut Perspex and cable ties will be supplied. (Although if you have sheets and can cut to size let me know!)
