Task Description: I need a small section of an exterior wall (directly behind a PVC pipe) to be closed off and waterproofed. The area is exposed and needs to be sealed to prevent water ingress. The pipe is already installed and does not need to be moved. Scope of Work: Supply and install a fibre cement sheet or metal flashing panel behind the pipe. Seal all edges with exterior-grade silicone or polyurethane sealant. Ensure the area is fully waterproofed. Paint the panel to match the existing wall (grey)- I will buy the paint only. Easy access to the area from outside and from the garage. Open to quotes – please note materials and labour are included in a price offer as this is a small job.

Tiled roof Some leaks noticed internally - quite old and not cyclone related. Roof looks reasonable to me. ? Needs diagnosis and repointing etc.

Clean gutter. Gutter length approx 8m, approx 2.8m above ground level. Need to provide your own ladder / gloves.
