Sarking is damaged by rats along one of the roof valleys. Water penetrated and I case and insurance claim in progress. I need to fix sarking before they can proceed. You need to be qualified for the roof repair. I need a quote first, so it’ll be $10 stated as it won’t allow skip that.

I have a two Bunnings Retractable Awnings 3x2m which I'd like to install onto the roof of my Garage. I've build up the awning and I only need the brackets installed - likey to be onto the roof beams/rafters which intersect into the facia/gutter? So its 4 x brackets. Install 4x 500mm Whirly Birds to Factory roof. Cut hole in roof to size, align and fix whirly bird, silicon / seal around edges. Simple job. Will assist with accessing the roof and getting the material to roof. Will need recommended tools and let me know of anything else I will need.

There is evidence of water leaking in three spots. We are looking to fix it and check the roof for broken tiles and other maintenance tasks

We have a section of gutter that needs replacing and a down-pipe. Longest edge is 8m Corner piece .5m Shorter piece 4m All pieces will need corner cutting to connect them together, except one side of the long edge which will connect to another straight piece (length of house). Highlighted section that needs replacing on map. Fascia underneath longest section of gutter (8m) is showing signs of rust. Open to doing that too depending on cost.
