Leaking cutter / down pipe

Replace small section roof sheet have replacement section just need cutting to size and replacing 600mm x 600mm

I have concrete tiles with no sarking. Also only half of the roof is filled with R2.5 insulation. I need someone to do the sarking or other type of reflective foil to be stapled between the rafters. Also instead of fully replacing, I I would rather reuse and push the existing R2.5 towards the back of the house (roof covered patio and the garage) and top up the rest of the roof with at least R3.5, preferably R5 (I prefer synthetic batts, I don't like the glass wool in case I need to work around it). But an aluminium foil is a must. I'm replacing the downlights and the exhaust fans so that you can lay the insulation without any gaps. I may paint the roof white in the future but can't afford replacing the tiles.

Hi, I have 2 x Easyshed 2.25m x 1.5m Flat Roof Garden Shed Tall - 2.12m ETF-S2315-OW and I'd like them assembling before 7/9/25.

i’m needing a about 12 roof sheets replaced in Buderim - already have the new ones. Also needing a gutter installed and another replaced. Finally there are some sheets overhanging that weren’t cut properly when installed. I’ll need those cut too. Flexible with time as it’s not urgent, but would prefer to get the ball rolling.

I have 2 pre assembled roof panels that need to be lifted on to a shed. It will require at least 2 people as I am unable to assist due to a dodgy back at the moment. Should take less than 2 hours.

We have blow-in insulation that needs to be thoroughly removed & roof void reasonably cleaned in preparation for plasterers to rescrew the ceiling. Attached is a floor plan & a couple of photos of the roof void. Please supply some details of how you would carry out the work, as well as a quote if you're interested.
