Gutter Cleaning - Will need 7.5m extension ladder at least to get up on our roof. Warehouse and will need garbage bags.

Starlink Gen 2 stopped working so they’re sent out the new Gen 3 set up. My dish is on a 6 meter high roof (I dont have an extension ladder). So I’d like that replacement done and set up of Gen 3 done and working. And I’d like the new Starlink Mini set up in a motorhome that had a Starlink connection fitted. I’ve made a poor attempt.

My sunroof seems to need a service and re-alignment. The motor still runs, in fact the sunroof still opens, but does not close. Car is located in Brookvale NSW on the northern beaches.

I live in a townhouse and have a shared wall in my home office with my neighbour. I assume my neighbour has also set up his home office in the room across the shared wall. He has a loud voice, so I can hear him whenever he's on a call with one of his clients or coworkers. I would sound insulation to be installed in my side of the shared wall. The wall is 2.1m wide and 2.5m tall.

We have an upstairs office and the first attempt at sound proofing failed. We want to use the upstairs as an office and want our staff to have a lunchroom upstairs so needs to be sound proof.
