We have built a 6 x 3 shed in our yard, however we can’t get the roof on! Would love assistance!

Shower screen leaking and need it resealed

We have a palm tree growing too close to our shed and need the current hole to be cut bigger. The roof has shingles tiles that need to come up and put back down once the hole is cut bigger. The original hole was cut with a jigsaw.

The downpipe connected to the gutter needs to be relocated to the corner of the house and the hole needs to be plugged or capped with non rusting steel and siliconed (you must provide materials). I can reattach to the stormwater pipe and remove the 3meter white pipe running along down the bottom.

I have rebuilt my garage and need a new flat roof. My roofer requires an engineer's drawing for the sub-structure. The garage is approx 6.3m long x 5.4m wide. I need to maximise height so need a strong but relatively flat structure.

I need a professional roofer that can instal perhaps 4 Willie Birds on a warehouse roof made of asbestos. Have to be professional and familiar with Asbestos roofs also makes sure it is safe for him and everyone and doesn’t leak after installing. This is a typical old warehouse with height of 3.5 to 5 meters.

Gutter clean for double story townhouse

I have a heavy kings tent. That I somehow need to move 30m-ish to get up and then install onto my roof racks (not sure if they will work). I have a large Volvo XC90 (so it’s pretty high). I do have one of those footplates to help you get extra height. Might need more strong people to help carry (check weight online if you need).

Garden wall: 2 coats paint. Estimated 30m long X 1.2m high. Part of wall includes steps as per pictures. Plus paint front gate posts and wall. Patio roof trim/edging (see picture): will need 2 coats of primer plus 1-2coats paint. Is small area to paint but very stained and part is over steps. Will need very tall ladder. I will provide all paint.

A roof tile has been damaged and we have noticed some water coming through the ceiling during heavy rain. This seems to have happened during a storm. Move tile back and check for ceiling damage.

Clean gutters of 2 story townhouse

The gutters/fascia boards need painting (hopefully one coat wil suffice) on my 2-story detached home. Easy access from front and rear balconies. Paintwork recently softwashed and in reasonable condition. Total length of gutters appox 45 metres. I would supply paint.

the campervan is covered with carpet (half of the walls and ceiling). The carpet needs to be removed, a thermal insulator installed and a fabric glued over it. I would also like to build a small and simple wardrobe measuring 0.42x0.42x1.60, but it is not mandatory.
