Repair render at 3 small areas along fence line

Vehicles have bumped two nib walls outside the garage at my home. At the same time, I would like to remove the little return walls on these nibs. I also have a some plastering and rendering to be done in my garden. Happy to do this on a time and materials basis.

Need 15M L x 1.6M H long appox boundry wall rendered. Sand finish Please note guys Wall was rendered but with a bad finish primer was applied to the wall ready to paint Because it doesn't look good decided to re-render it. Kinda got stiched with the first guy. The question I have is wlll the render bond to the primer or paint? We need to consider this . Thanks

old skirting boards have been removed, internal wall render has been damged by the glue used. approximatly 5cm of height and 70m of walls, both hard floor and carpet beneath the area to be rendered

Internal brick exposed walls - rendered or plastered whatever cheapest. Additional bedroom walls at a later date if keen. Measurements are 6040 L x 2030 H. Corner 'L shaped," walls are 1050 x 2030 and 850 x 2030.
