Hi, I just need someone who can apply a thin layer or render to two small walls before the tiling commences. The walls are already ground and will have a primer applied so all you need to do is apply a thin layer of render, which I will supply.

Looking for an experienced renderer/painter to render and paint the existing concrete block wall running alongside our covered verandah. Wall dimensions: approximately 8.7m long × 1.8m high (15.7m²). The wall is currently exposed concrete blocks and we would like to improve the appearance, particularly as it is directly visible from our newly renovated kitchen. Job includes: * Prepare existing concrete block wall for rendering * Render the section of wall underneath/along the covered verandah only – not the entire garden boundary wall * Smooth, neat rendered finish * Paint rendered wall in Dulux White Duck (exterior paint) or equivalent if recommended * Appropriate primer/sealer and 2 coats exterior paint * Create a clean, neat finishing edge where the rendered section ends and the existing block wall continues * Protect existing timber decking, verandah posts and surrounding areas during works * Supply all labour, materials and equipment * Clean up and remove waste on completion The wall is easily accessible from the verandah/deck area. Cement rendering of internal brick bathroom walls in preparation for waterproofing and tiling. Bathroom wall dimensions are: 1. (1200mm width x 2400mm height) x 2 2. (2300mm length x 2400mm height) x 2, minus a std doorway. 3. Total surface area = 15.3 m2 Job scope 1. Clean and prepare existing brickwork (currently exposed face brick), removing loose mortar, dust, contaminants and any material that may inhibit adhesion. 2. Apply appropriate bonding agent (e.g. ARDEX WR Prime) or render key where required. 3. Render the existing internal face-brick bathroom walls with ARDEX WR 120 FR, or equivalent polymer-modified cementitious render suitable for masonry and wet-area applications. 4. Build out uneven brickwork as required so finished walls are plumb, square and flat, including internal corners and wall junctions, ready for waterproofing and subsequent large-format tiling. (Note that the walls are fairly plumb at present - but note point below). 5. Finish the rendered surface with an appropriate keyed/float finish suitable for waterproof membrane and tile adhesive. 6. Coordinate finished wall thickness around door jambs, plumbing fittings, niches, wastes and other penetrations. 7. Finished substrate to meet the tolerances required for the proposed tile installation. Note: Walls are to be rendered sufficiently flat and plumb for large-format tiling; the tile adhesive is not to be relied upon to correct significant variations, if any, in the substrate. Thanks.

I would like an internal feature brick wall to be plastered up and matched to cement sheeting on an adjacent wall, in addition to some repairs/patching to the cornice in a bedroom. The span of the feature brick wall is 2.5m from the right of the door and 43cm to the left of the door. The cornice is called Gyprock CSR 75mm Symphony. I can order this if required. Description I need an experienced renderer to repair the existing render on my front boundary fence in Mindarie. The fence is generally in good condition, but there are various areas where the existing paint/render has bubbled, flaked or come away and need repairing. Photos show the current condition. I will remove all steel fence panels before the job and pressure-clean the fence myself, removing as much loose/flaking paint and material as possible before you arrive. The job will involve: Inspecting the entire fence for any remaining loose, hollow or damaged render. Removing/preparing any remaining unsound areas as required. Patching and repairing all damaged render. Blending repaired areas into the existing finish as neatly as possible. Supplying the required render/repair materials. Leaving the complete fence clean, sound and ready for the painter. I am not looking to completely re-render the entire fence unless necessary. The main requirement is to properly repair the damaged areas and prepare the existing fence for repainting. Painting is not required. Easy access from both sides of the fence and all steel infill panels will be removed beforehand. Looking for someone experienced in exterior render repairs who can achieve a good-quality finish.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Can be discussed further in person.
