Repair cracks and chips in render on property walls and house

External render has covered over the weep holes on new built house. Need someone to install weep holes in about 60m of cavity wall, above the DPC/ cavity flashing (need to figure out where this is). Max 1.2m centres, drill weep holes and place clear plastic tube in the hole. Need to avoid any damage to render apart from the weeps holes, and leave it clean.

The work includes preparing the brickwork, applying suitable plaster, finishing the surfaces smoothly and making good around all door and window openings. 2. External rendering I also need the following external brick walls rendered: * **Wall 1:** The external side of the 8 m × 2.9 m wall listed above, with three large door openings. * **Bathroom wall 1:** 3.6 m × 2.1 m, with a door and window. * **Bathroom wall 2:** 3 m × 2.1 m, with a large window. The remaining bathroom wall does not require rendering. The external brickwork is currently painted, so the existing paint will need to be removed or appropriately prepared before rendering. Please advise on the most suitable method for the brickwork and include this preparation in your quote. 3. We would like to render this wall. We had to change the feature because it is close to the pool so can’t have edges more than 1cm deep. Looking to get it rendered or redo a stone on it. Open to suggestions! Area is 180cm tall and 277cm wide.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well.
