Factory brick external wall has been damaged and has cracked down the centre, I will be cutting away the render and replacing the damaged brick work, the external corners to the left and right hand side need render repair also. The work is around 1.2m wide x 2.4m high. The job will be done on a large scissor lift so very safe and secure all materials will be supplied just need an experienced renderer to do the work for me. The photo depicts the work just without the current render being cut away as the job hasn’t been started.

We’re looking for an experienced concrete renderer, screeder or floor-levelling specialist to carry out light cosmetic patching and levelling on two existing outdoor concrete areas. Both areas are covered and protected from direct weather. The concrete is structurally sound but has minor cracks, surface texture and small uneven sections. Just need front of house rendered and just a tiny bit on both sides just to blend in. Very small amount on sides. My budget is $1500. Unable to exceed this budget

The waterline green tiles on one side are broken . Please help us remove the broken tiles and render the area .

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint.
