Hi all, I’m looking for a handyman who can help repair a couple of outdoor tiles on my neighbour’s staircase. I accidentally knocked the corner with my car and a few tiles have broken and come loose. We have the broken pieces as well as spare matching tiles on hand. The job is simply to: Fix the tiles into place, Cement & render them properly so they’re secure and cleanly finished, Make sure the edge looks tidy and blends in. Outdoor render is cracked and nearly fallen off. Likely needs the top parts to be re-done on 3 square pillars. Needs to be able to be painted afterwards, but i can do the painting, the job is just the rendering. This is in a key area for a house that is going to be listed for sale, it needs to be done by an experienced renderer only, not a handyman. Thanks.

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint.
