Issue: * Skirting/render area below and beside sliding door has deteriorated/blown out over time. * Likely due to moisture exposure around the sliding door area. * No active leaking, pooling water or major ingress noticed internally. * No soft flooring or widespread damage. Looking for someone who can: * Inspect the area and assess likely cause * Remove loose/damaged material * Check for moisture * Re-seal around sliding door/frame if required * Patch/rebuild render/plaster/skirting section * Sand, seal and paint for a neat finish Would prefer someone experienced with: * moisture-related repairs, * remedial patching, * skirting/render repairs, * sliding door sealing.

We’ve just bought an early 80s apartment with rendered brick walls. Our hallway and a few bedroom walls in our are very bumpy / unevenly textured. We’d like to smooth out these walls, and potentially sharpen up some of the corners. I believe this involves skim coating / sanding the existing painted render, and adding in plaster trim on corners.

Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.
