fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Scope of Work: • Cut a neat 1m channel into brick wall (approx. 20–25mm wide, 20–25mm deep). • Supply and install PVC conduit for the wires • Secure conduit with saddles/clips inside channel. • Patch and render back over channel so the wall is flush and ready for paint. Happy to do the painting myself :-) • Finish should match existing wall as close as possible please (smooth render, not a lumpy patch job).
