I’m looking for an experienced renderer to render the existing exterior brick walls shown in the attached photos. Scope of work: * Clean and prepare the existing brick surfaces. * Apply the appropriate bonding/base coat as required. * Apply render over the existing brick walls. * Straighten and level the surfaces where required. * Finish the render using a sponge finish technique, leaving a consistent and professional finish ready for painting. * Protect surrounding windows, doors, pipes, electrical boxes and other existing fixtures. * Clean up the work area after completion. Measurements (Length × Height): * 9600 mm × 2600 mm * 1050 mm × 2050 mm * 3040 mm × 2060 mm * 2500 mm × 2520 mm * 1800 mm × 2490 mm Total wall area is approximately 44 m² before deductions for windows/openings. Need a renderer to smooth at all walls of a single room. Photos attached, fireplace is to remain open and as is.

Recently removed a built in laundry with very tough tiles to remove and we need to fix the render that got taken off the wall before we repaint it. Wall is 1600 x 2200. Plumber is coming to cap off pipes on Friday 3/7, so welcome to come anytime after that.

I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.
