Hang 2 picture frames on double brick rendered walls. Dimensions & Weight: Approx 62cm x 87cm each, plastic front (no glass), and lightweight at max 2.2kg each. Special Note: The hanging hardware/back pieces on one of the frames are slightly uneven (one is higher than the other), so some careful measuring and adjustment will be needed. Hardware: Please bring appropriate masonry fixings/hardware for double brick rendered walls. I will reimburse you for the cost of the hardware separately. We have a few finishing jobs that need to be completed before painting. 1. Garage door opening – render repair A new door has been installed in the garage. Some of the existing render around the door opening was damaged/chipped during the installation, and there are some gaps around the door frame. Timber has already been fitted where needed. We need the area properly patched and finished neatly so it is ready for painting. 2. Second door – finishing around frame There is exposed timber around the sides of another door which needs to be finished neatly, using suitable trim/architrave or another appropriate solution, ready for painting. 3. Front entrance – ceiling side section At the front entrance, there is an old textured/patterned finish on the vertical side section/edge of the ceiling. We would like this covered with suitable exterior fibre cement sheet / Blueboard and properly fixed and finished, including the edges and joints, ready for painting.m This is only a relatively small section, not the whole ceiling. Painting is NOT required. Looking for someone experienced with render repairs, carpentry, exterior fibre cement sheet / Blueboard and general finishing work. Please quote for all three jobs. Render front boundary wall – Allambie Heights Looking for an experienced renderer to render an existing masonry front boundary wall and newly bricked-in gate opening. Existing wall is painted/rendered and will require appropriate preparation/bonding. There is also a crack that had been repaired. I think it would make sense for that to be meshed before rendering. We removed a small section of the brick wall next to the driveway, job is to patch render over the brick on one corner. Doesn’t need to match exactly to existing, just a tidying up job. No painting. Probably suits someone with another job in the area already.
