We had a split system air conditioner removed, and the approximately 8cm diameter hole has to be rendered. The air con was in the upstairs bedroom so the opening is one floor up and needs a tall ladder to reach. Thank you!

The mirror uses a French cleat hanging system (wall cleat + mirror cleat). Need top of doorway re rendered and packed out, making it level, not flush with the bowed lintel. Previous rendered i engaged here put the angles to match the lintel, when i needed it perfectly level. He said he would come and pack it out, and make level, but ghosted me 🤦‍♂️ It is in the kitchen, and cant have a buckled opening next to a brand new kitchen, obviously.
