Hello, I'm looking for 2 strong guys or gals with a truck to move half a house of furniture on Friday 18th starting 9 or 10am. Short flight of stairs at entry of both properties, which are both lower floor but about half a story above ground level. Both properties also have a second story which only a few items will need to be moved from/to. The items will include (but not limited to): 1x queen mattress (but no bed), 2x armchairs (but no lounge), 1x single bed, 3x single mattresses, 2x desks, 2x tallboys, 2x coffee tables, 2x bookshelves, an outdoor 3 seater and 2x single seaters, 2x blanket boxes, 8 stools, 4x bedside tables, and a number of boxes, bags and misc smaller items. Everything is boxed/bagged and disassembled to take. There will be NO: fridge, freezer, dining table/chairs, washing machine, wardrobe, TV, lounge etc, so it is just half a household of furniture. I'm happy for any quotes that give an hourly fee and minimum rate or any extra billables, rather than an exact quote for this job as the specifics are vague (no idea how many boxes/bags in total).
