The drain is not fully blocked but water takes time to fully drain, most likely from soil accumulation. I believe the drain pipe is about 5-10 meters and 15cm diameter. When flushing the toilet, the toilet sometimes fills up and slowly drains and does a “Glug, Glug” sound. The water in the bowl sometimes is very low and most times stays low and this is usually when the “Glug, Glug” sounds come. I have plunged it a few times. Seems to make it a bit better, but need someone to check. I have previously pulled roots from the plumbing away from the toilet. So more roots may have grown back and need clearing. Dave had great communication prior to the job and arrived promptly. He changed a few taps and shower heads for me and also diagnosed a faulty toilet bowl. Great advise and solid workmanship. Cleaned up after he had finished too. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using his services again.
