Replace or repair leaking valve on garden bore

There are 3 downpipes need to be fixed or replaced. The first and second downpipes are broken on top and down. They need to be replaced. The third downpipe is broken down below. I would like this to be replaced or to cut the broken part. Also, to put a soakwell in the ground.
