I want to install a second-hand Miele G 6727 SCi XXL integrated dishwasher. The dishwasher has: - Water inlet hose: 1.5 m - Drain hose: 1.5 m - Power cord: 1.9 m The dishwasher will be installed approximately 2.5 m from the sink (following the cabinets around the corner). Work required: Water supply: Relocate/extend the dishwasher cold water connection closer to the dishwasher. The Miele’s 1.5 m inlet hose cannot be extended because the Waterproof System is built into the hose. Drain: There has never been a dishwasher in this unit, so there is no existing dishwasher connection on the sink waste. I will need a dishwasher waste connection installed and the drain line run/extended to the new dishwasher location. Power: No electrical work required. A power point will be installed nearby by my electrician. Notes: Kitchen cabinets are currently accessible as I’m renovating, so the plumbing can be run through the back of the cabinets.

Part of the pipe protecting air-cond cabling has fallen off the wall of the house. It needs re-attaching.

See image. The handle on the cold tap turns but no water comes out. It feels like the handle isn't connected to anything. I have tried to remove the small screw on the handle with an Allen key but it won't budge.

Washing machine has stopped draining. When it spins, water backs up into laundry sink. I'd do it but my joints won't let me get down.

I’ve got a rain machine retic that’s not working. The system says it’s “on” but no water is flowing through to any of the zones. Is this something you can help with? Troubleshoot and check sprinkler heads $200

It's a minor problem, one of the sprinklers is broken but I don't know exactly where. It's flooding so we had to turn off the retic. Would need someone to come and find the leak and fix please.

We need some fixes: 1) The back bathroom shower head came off and has eroded, the occupants have managed to get it back on for now however the shower head likely requires replacing. 2) The bath tap is also leaking and won't turn off completely so it sounds like something you will need to diagnose upon visit and see if it's just the washer that needs changing. Price offered is inclusive of new shower head to be replaced and washers etc.
