My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. The particleboard under the sink already has some water staining. I'm looking for someone experienced with plumbing and tap repairs/installations, so that the the leak does not reoccur. A qualified plumber would be preferred, but an experienced handyman with proven tap repair skills will also be considered.

There is water leaking problem of the shower in bathroom. The shower head is damaged. The checking report is as below. I hope someone can come to fix the leaking problem and also change the shower head.

1) My shower head is leaking and I’d like someone to come take a look and fix the issue. Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. I am looking to get this one fixed some time tomorrow (Monday - 14th Apr). If there is any accessories need to be bought for this service, please quote them as well, so that we can get this job finished in single visit. We are also looking to get the old sealant removed in the bathroom and put through new sealant in the bathroom. The sealant application job is needed in the kitchen sink and the kitchen area as well.

The pushbutton mechanism in my mother‘s toilet has broken. It is a lever system whereby when the lever in the system is pulled up by the pressing of the button then it flushes. My mother has purchased from Reece a fluid master toilet system duel flush valve, however it’s a slightly different mechanism.. If the plumber is able to replace it with a new mechanism, that’s fantastic however if one of the old mechanisms needs to be purchased, then that’s fine too.
