Basin mixer tap replacement

Our shower tap is dripping water from around the handle area. We tried unscrewing and sealing with waterproof tape and tightening but that didn’t resolve the problem.

Just had a shower and the hot water tap twists all the way around - meaning the water isn’t turning off completely. Need someone tonight to come fix the taps

Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. I am looking to get this one fixed some time tomorrow (Monday - 14th Apr). We are also looking to get the old sealant removed in the bathroom and put through new sealant in the bathroom. When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. Toilet Seat Hinge Issue – Needs Repair or Replacement The toilet seat is loose due to an issue with the mounting hinges. As shown in the attached photos: One or both of the hinge caps at the back of the toilet seat (the round stainless steel fittings) appear to be unstable or not fully secured to the porcelain base. The plastic anchor pegs underneath the hinges may not be locking properly or could be worn out, causing the seat to shift during use. The entire seat shifts or feels unstable when sat on, indicating that the mounting is no longer secure. I’m need of assistance to have it inspected and either tightened securely, or the hinges and/or mounting system replaced entirely if they are stripped or damaged. Please advise on next steps or if a professional can attend to fix or replace it. Thank you 😊
