We’ve just had a new washing machine delivered but they couldn’t connect it to the cold water tap as needed because there’s a second outlet on the tap that just leaks when the valve is opened. They said a new tap would needed. Pictures of the current one will be provided.

New owner of an old house - plumber required for maintenance issues. Laundry washing machine cold water tap leaks. 2x shower and 4x taps don't seal properly unless shut very tight, all need new washers. One toilet doesn't flush fully. One shower makes a screaming sound when hot water tap is on. Water pooling under one stump under house, possible leak or drainage issue.

Hi, outside my house there is pipe that is cracked with water coming out from the main. We have identified where the leak is and dug there and exposed the pipe where there is a crack. You won't need to find the issue as we have already done that. We need someone to come and patch this up and fix the crack, need a long term permanent solution for this, so please tell me what you'd do to fix it.

I need a plumber to inspect our sewer pipe and high is not draining properly from toilets and showers. If the sewer is blocked - we will need to have it cleared.

I can see that our sewerage is backed up and not draining properly, so in the first instance, I just want someone to help unblock it as best as possible, or advise if there’s a potentially larger problem.
