We need a plumber/tradie to supply and replace the over temp thermistor in our heater because the current one is faulty. We have a Rinnai RHFE-557 FTR energy saver heater (see photo). It works but an error 33 pops up (over heating). We had a plumber come over and test the heater - he found everything to be in working condition but concluded the reason for error is that the over temp thermistor is faulty and needs replacing. Please provide your availabilites over next few days to assist - we would like to fix this ASAP. Please ensure your quote is all inclusive (including supply of the new over temp thermistor). Hi, outside my house there is pipe that is cracked with water coming out from the main. We have identified where the leak is and dug there and exposed the pipe where there is a crack. You won't need to find the issue as we have already done that. We need someone to come and patch this up and fix the crack, need a long term permanent solution for this, so please tell me what you'd do to fix it.

We have two shower stalls in need of maintenance. The silicone grout needs replacing, as there is mould underneath. One shower drain is loose, so needs re-seating and re-sealing. I also want you to check the grouting, and fix where required.

I just moved in to a new place and the toilet seat is really old and ratty. I need a new toilet seat put on and for someone to bring the new toilet seat and all supplies with them to put on.

I need a plumber to inspect our sewer pipe and high is not draining properly from toilets and showers. If the sewer is blocked - we will need to have it cleared.
