A leak from the shower upstairs, has caused a wet patch in the ceiling downstairs. Need an experienced plumber/ builder to remove shower tiles, waterproof the area and place tiles back (tiles to be provided). Also to plaster the hole in ceiling downstairs and repaint area (paint to be provided).

But suggest taking the old ceramic disc to Bunnings to compare with the suggested replacement for confirmation. If the ceramic disc is the issue, you will need to take the old ceramic disc to Bunnings to confirm the suggested replacement part is correct and purchase replacements for both hot and cold taps. Swap the positions of the two water taps and fix the leaking part.
