Storm water rectification. • Relocate existing downpipe from rear courtyard, currently discharging over paved area, to adjacent unpaved area near strip drain. • Install downpipes on the porch (x2) and redirect water to nearby soaker pit • Locate and excavate discharge point where existing downpipes connect, to accommodate excess groundwater from relocated downpipe. • Seal old penetration from original downpipe location. • Locate and excavate stormwater line connected to front yard soaker pit to allow for future pit installation beneath new downpipe location. • Backfill all excavated areas and clean up site on completion.
