Repair a leaking garden tap

Hi, I’m looking for a qualified plumber to complete several small jobs: 1. Replace kitchen tap – I will provide the new tap. 2. Fix leaking toilet – the cistern produces a persistent hissing noise. I have already replaced the seating washer, but the noise continues. When I manually lift the float inside the cistern, the hissing stops immediately. Because of this, I suspect an inlet-valve issue. I am not providing any parts as I’m unsure what is required. 3. Repair gutter-to-water-tank pipe – leak at one of the joints; I am not providing any materials for this task. 4. Investigate internal dripping/tapping noise when one of the taps is turned on – diagnosis and repair needed; I am not providing any materials as the cause is unknown. 5. Replace water-filter cartridges – I will provide the cartridges. Please provide a quote including labour and any parts/materials required, and confirm availability. Job is at a residential property. Im not sure how much to price this so I've tentatively done 500AUD
