All I need is a plumber to come attach the base into the wall stud and run a pipe from the basin to our sink which is half a metre away , and you can run the pipe thru the a cabinet to get to the sink wastage. Re-grout shower alcove walls, remove and replace silicone to shower alcove wall junctions and perimeter base line of poly marble base, including both sides and base line of shower screen.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. I’d like the source of the leak identified and repaired to prevent potential water damage behind the wall. Ideally looking to repair the existing mixer/s where possible rather than replace unnecessarily. Please advise in your offer whether your price covers inspection/diagnosis only or includes standard repair labour. I understand any required replacement parts may be additional once the cause has been identified. Licensed plumbers only please. Availability: I will be working from home on Wednesday 29 July and would ideally like the job attended that day if possible. I will have trades onsite installing split systems, however access to both bathrooms will be available. If Wednesday isn’t possible, alternative availability can be discussed.

Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman for two small fixes in one visit in Roxburgh Park: 1. Toilet — cistern not storing/holding water in the tank. Inlet/fill valve at the top looks like it needs replacing or resealing (photo attached). 2. Shower tap — chrome cross-handle stop tap below the shower won't close properly, something feels loose inside, causing a constant drip from the shower head. Likely needs a new washer/spindle (or full tap replacement if seat is worn). Photo attached. Please bring common fill valve + tap washer/spindle kits so it can be done in one trip. Tenant on site to provide access — flexible on timing this week. Quote your fixed all-in price (labour + parts).

2 x Imperial Toilte's need cistern outlet & inlet valve replacement. Cistern are bolt on units on toilet seat. Please quote for part & labor for both. The inlet valve in both of them has no problem but want to replace as over 10 years and since cistern will be removed for outlet valve replacement, thought better replace both for trouble free operation. Thank you.
