The hot water company Rheem came and checked the tank. They confirmed the tank itself has no issues, but no power is reaching the tank. All the switches and circuit breakers are on. I really don’t know why the hot water is not working. I need someone to come and connect the wiring or do whatever work is necessary to fix it.
