Water pump of my 5000L water tank need repairing.

I have two tasks. 1). My water pump of the rainwater tank (5000L) seems to be broken. I need to supply and install a new one. 2) The submersible water pump of my water fountain is not working. I need to replace it with a new one. Both have electricity connections.

Remove old toilet and fit new... change dual cistern tap… Remove old tiles and do new tiles... size 1.5x0.90 meter new toilet, dual cistern tap and tiles 600x600will be provided

It seems there is a leakage in the presurre valve in the connection pit, have a look at the photo... i have a video too. May require a repair or replacement, quote accodrdingly with material.
