I've been trying to fix my leaking shower head and someone I showed a photo mentioned that the valve tap is eroded and the seat is damaged. I've replaced the valve tap the seat just needs to be reseated

Plumbing in a fridge with water and ice dispenser. Must be a qualified licenced plumber. There is no tap behind the fridge, otherwise the company delivering would just hook it up. The fridge is approx 2m across from the sink. The sink does have a tap under that the dishwasher runs from, however as there is a doorway and walkway in between it cannot go through the cupboards.
