Two leaking taps in bathroom need repair

The water in the kitchen sink has been draining very slowly and now the dishwasher has water inside and isn’t draining properly. It’s caused the water in the sink to drain even slower also. Please assist!

Need to disconnect plumbing from sink and tap and have it ready for new kitchen cabinet install

My hot water tank is tripoing lately. I pressed the reset button once a week in the past 3 weeks.

The drain pipe in the shower has slipped/pushed down and is leaking through to the downs stairs laundry. Needs lifting and resealing.

In search of opinion of rectification and management - very small leak on building and pest to a channel drain shower outlet on a raised. Queenslander. Flange drain and properly waterproofed at the time- able to show receipts but waterproofer has closed shop and is uncontactable. ASAP as need fixed for sale. Master builder advises needs new drain with smaller outlet and rewaterproofing of channel drain. Need invoice for buyer. After opinion on if this will fix and rectification Asap.

We just need a kitchen mixer tap changed to a new on. No issues with existing just upgrading

Kitchen sink drain is blocked outside the house. Checked the pipes under the sink shown and they are good. The block is in the circular drain at the outside as shown in the picture. water fills up and overflows on the outside. Looks like it may need snake and hydro jet type fix per my uderstanding.

Remove the rain water tank and take it to the recycle .
