I need someone to attach my 3 stage countertop water filter to my kitchen sink, I have an instructions PDF and a video I would do it myself but I don’t want to mess it up

There is a smell coming out of the bathroom drains, need a clean. The drainage on the balcony is blocked, most likely by muds. Needs to be unblocked.

Kitchen tap needs changing as it is leaking. I have a replacement tap that needs fitting.

Two faulty plastic water tanks need to be removed from property. These will need to be cut down in place into removable sections as it is a relatively small service space and they cannot be removed whole. Our plumber has disconnected them so they are ready to be removed. Each tank is roughly 2m high, 2m long, and 40cm wide.

Water leakage in bathroom ceiling, need urgent repair, not sure whether relates to tile roof or what. Leakage from bath heater and manhole. So far no leakage detected in other rooms.

I need a licensed plumber to come out ASAP and install two mini cock taps onto existing plastic water pipes (likely PEX or similar). Just need the taps fitted and left ready for a kitchen sink mixer to be connected later by another plumber on Monday. I recently replaced the connector seal on my toilet, but now there’s a leak from the base of the cistern that I can't fix. The entire refill tube mechanism and flush valve gasket feel loose, and despite my efforts, I can't tighten them enough to stop the leak.
