Electric hot water heating unit is leaking from the base. I have turned off the cold water intake (I think) which has stopped the leaking. Obviously want this repaired and to have hot water ready for kids bath tonight

My kitchen tap is loose and wobbly (the tap itself, not the hoses). It needs to be tightened from underneath. In addition, the hot water does not run to this tap although it works perfectly everywhere else in the apartment. The issue seems to be the hot water hose for the kitchen tap but this will need to be confirmed on-site.

Hi, I need someone to fix a broken handle on my bathroom sink mixer tap. ​The top handle has broken off, and the small screwing piece is still stuck inside the hole on the handle. ​I have attached photos showing the exact tap and the hole where the piece is stuck. ​What I need done: ​Fix the broken tap handle. ​Please bring whatever tools are necessary to deal with the stuck screw and complete the repair. ​If a replacement handle or internal parts are required, please let me know. My hot water tap in my shower keeps spinning and won’t turn off. I think the spindle is broken. Need someone to replace it

This morning, no shower had been taken. The bath tap was only turned on briefly. After that, the water coming from the bath tap was extremely hot and the tap continued to drip even after both bath taps were fully turned off. The wall tiles behind the bath also felt warm. A slight hissing noise was noticed near the hot water system. To stop the leaking, the hot water system was turned off. However, the bath tap continued to drip and the water coming from the drip was still warm. The mains water supply was then turned off, which reduced the dripping significantly and stopped the hissing noise, although a small amount of warm water was still dripping from the bath tap. After the hot water system was turned off, all other taps in the house only supplied cold water, however the bath tap continued to drip warm water. A valve on the hot water system was reportedly replaced around 3 weeks ago. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and diagnose the issue. It appears there may be a fault with the bath taps, the temperature control, and/or the hot water system or associated valves. Please inspect and provide advice and a repair quote if required.
