Need a leaking faucet on the bathroom repaired.

Hi! Both my shower drains are clogged. I already tried supermarket drain cleaning products, but the water is still draining very slowly and backing up into the other drain. I think the issue might be a blockage in the shared drain line (not just the surface trap). Looking for someone with the right tools to clear it properly.

The hot water tap started running and won't stop. Have taken the handle off, but the fixture seems to have lost the ability to turn off. Maybe a washer has deteriorated? I don't know?

1) I have a new under-the-counter wash basin to replace the current one in the bathroom. 2) The wash basin taps needs new washers. 3) The kitchen sink taps needs new washers. 4) The tap for the cistern needs new washer. 5) The main tap for the water supply to my home unit needs new washer. Items 4 & 5 require the main water supply to the unit block to be turned off, but if this is too complicated then those two items are not essential and can be left out.

Looking for a plumber to install an outdoor shower. Happy for pipes to be external (cold water only) and connect to existing outdoor cold water pipe for garden tap currently about 2-3m away. See photo - red shows where shower will go, yellow shows where current tap is. We’ll purchase and supply the shower kit.

I need to re-establish a storm water connection at the main line shown in the photo. A 100mm pvc connection into the main and just cap it for future use. The old clay pipe that is next to the main line does not need to be connected at this time. We are doing some demolition on site so either after 4pm or a weekend is preferable.

Two storey house with 2nd storey balcony that is slow leaking into ceiling of ground floor kitchen. Task is to diagnose and seal up leak.

We need someone to uninstall and move a washing machine from the kitchen into the basement. One leg of this machine is stuck on the flooring. Then install a different washing machine into the same space. The new washing machine is just outside the kitchen. We can help with the moving of the washing machine. It is within an apartment block, with a lift.

Plumber required to take off taps (vanity | shower | bath) in preparation for re - enamelling the bathroom. This is a split job, come in Friday 29th August to take off all the fittings, back the following week to install new vanity | taps vanity | shower & bath.

There is a smell coming out of the bathroom drains, need a clean. The drainage on the balcony is blocked, most likely by muds. Needs to be unblocked.

Two faulty plastic water tanks need to be removed from property. These will need to be cut down in place into removable sections as it is a relatively small service space and they cannot be removed whole. Our plumber has disconnected them so they are ready to be removed. Each tank is roughly 2m high, 2m long, and 40cm wide.

We have a 3-way (hot water, cold water, filtered water) tap in the kitchen that is leaking, therefore we bought a new one. We need someone to help install the new 3-way tap.
