Gutter leaking on the inside (facing the wall) around the joint. Need to repair or reseal the joint.

I have a leaking solenoid valve that needs replacing.

I have a bore pump that pumps into an above ground tank, and then pumps from there to the retic system. Need someone very experienced with bore systems and retic systems to help diagnose problems and see if it is worth fixing. Images will be posted soon to help.

I’ve got 1 RCD in my box now always switching off, has happened in the last hour! It’s the main circuit of the house it’s the whole kitchen including the fridge plus the laundry/outside area. I’ve turned off everything I can that’s on the circuit and it trips after a few seconds.

This outdoor drain has a grey water pipe above it that drains into it from the washing machine and sink/dishwasher. It was unblocked a couple of years ago after became clogged with oil so it doesn’t drain so well. It needs unblocking again.

The reticulation system has a few parts broken. For example 2 of the lawn splitters don’t work properly anymore, doesn’t ’t rotate at all or rotates 360 and waste the water on the street. And there is a reticulation system for the garden, a few splitters are broken and the water is poured.

Connect bidet spray gun to water outlet in toilet. Material is available as per picture.

This is a repost, due to need to postpone action. The copper down pipe and butterfly valve from my evaporative air conditioner are leaking. It looks like the butterfly valve is broken and the pipe is cracked. I need someone skilled who can replace these components and stop the leak. Kind regards, Sally - Due date: Flexible
