Hi, I need a plumber to help with two small outdoor plumbing jobs at my house. Easy access, easy parking, flexible time. I’ve attached photos and explained each task below. ⸻ Task 1 – Water tank outlet leaking (Photos 1 & 2) The outlet connection on my water tank has an issue. • It does not leak normally, but leaks when the tank is full. • The tank itself is NOT cracked. • Looks like a seal / gasket / fitting or screw issue. I need this checked and fixed, either resealed or replaced if needed. ⸻ Task 2 – Move stormwater / downpipe (Photo 3) There is a section of stormwater pipe that is currently working fine, but I would like to move or adjust its position. Reason: • This area will have concrete later, and • I will be installing a solar battery here, so the pipe is in the way. The vertical pipe may or may not need to be changed – happy to follow your advice after inspection. ⸻ Please quote including materials.

There is a slight leak in the bathroom and kitchen drainpipes.

Kitchen sink drain clogged. Need some plumber work to unclog it.

Leaky shower head needs fixing. No matter how tight the taps are turned - the head drips. Water in ensuite bathroom comes out on a slight angle, would also like this fixed.

There is a leaking waste connector that needs to be replaced. I have purchased a new connector, matching to the size. This is under the house floor, reachable with a gentle crawl. I have cleared the pathway to the connection. Will assist you with the work, holding the torch light and any other support needed. This is a quick work for anyone who can come over any day, any time.

Replace the taps in our bath (hot and cold tap and spout). I have bought the new taps.

The cover of the exhaust fan in the toilet room dropped. We might need to have another cover if the current one doesnt fit back. Have pictures.

Dishwasher stop working with error E1

Need to unplug the washing machine hose that’s stuck to the water pipe. Then need to place a cap onto the water pipe to stop the flow of water.

Water flow is fine, drainage is fine - seems water is not going in for some reason . Fisher n Peckel Error F30. Happy to discuss cost
