About 12 months ago we had a blockage in the storm water system. I had someone cone out and high pressure unblock it. He reported there were two locarions where the pipe was broken, both on the council strip. The breaks were likely due to some rotary hoing i did a few years ago. Time to get it fixed

1st repair: Toilet/ pipe behind toilet basin. 2nd repair: Basement/ leaking from pipe. Leaking small amount of water from pipe and want to fix it.

Strip drain in front of the garage door keeps filling up and not draining away. Need to run a snake up the drainage pipes either side and clear away blockages. Must test that it is working afterwards.

Replacement of the tap in the kitchen Mixer tap Two different bathrooms with the same mixer tap

We require a new sink and single flock mixer installed, new s bend connect to existing waste pipe, install new water feed hose to tap and into existing water pipe. Stone bench tops are being installed on Thursday afternoon, maybe job could be Friday or Saturday or Monday at the latest.

The connection from the aircon to the basin has a small leak when the aircon is in use.

I have just moved into a new place and the kitchen does not have space for a dishwasher. I need one of the cabinets modified to take a dishwasher (including the required plumbing).

Live in a 2 floor house for past 10 years. Lower floor showers work perfectly fine. Upper floor showers stopped supplying hot water. Upper floor kitchen sink and bathroom tap supplies hot water. Just the shower doesn’t work. Had a plumber look at it who told us to replace all the shower heads but this didn’t solve anything. Need someone who can diagnose the problem correctly this time.
