Old Queenslander- needs a patch up job on everything owner is 84 and I just facilitating the works. Replace a shower in 1 bathroom - with new - tiles , paint over not replace. replace toilets 3? Check all taps, and fittings. Need roofing looked at if thats somethhing you do. Cant put a budget figure in as unclear about the cost of the complete works

I am looking for a plumber to do a few jobs at my house in Graceville. - connect 2 down pipes on the back deck. - install a 40mm back flush for pool - install 2 external taps for back yard (all roughed in). Need a form 4 for the work.

There has been a septic smell coming from the bathroom drain for the last 5-6 days. The bathroom is on the first floor of the two-story house. I found the fecal matter in the drain. The smell dramatically reduces when I pour lots of water/hot water into the drain. We moved into this house approximately 4 weeks ago, and the problem started 5-6 days ago.

Toilet cistern bolts have sheared off and stumps left in wall, need: I) cut rusty bolt heads flush to the wall II) refix cistern with new bolt holes slightly higher up the wall III) replace pipe between cistern and bowl IV) replace all seals in cistern and ensure toilet is not leaking (it was fine before might as well preemptively replace seals now) Assume this will require licenced plumber if pipe needs redoing.
