I have basic bathroom with old bathtub and vanity. I want it to be replaced with a new basic shower area and a new vanity. This will include tiling, ripping of the bathtub, tiling on the wall (ripping tiling on the wall will damage the wall, so may have to fix it as well. All plumbing in place. Need a basic bathroom reno. The bathroom doesn't have toilet in it. It's quite a small bathroom and one side which has okay tiling, doesn't need any fixing.

I need to remove the current double basin sink, and install a new waterfall sink. Currently the tap is located on the wall. That probably needs to be taken off and patched up. And a new tap connection probably needs for the new sink, as the tap is designed within the sink itself. I already have the sink purchased. Please checkout the images.
