Hot water fitting leaking from tap entry, not sure why. Tried tightening, tried thread tape, still seeping out. Not sure if it needs an O-Ring, price can be negotiated depending on part cost / fix.

Remove vandal proof ring/tap from shower and replace ring. The ring seems to be stuck. I have tried with little key but no luck.

Im building a granny flat in my backyard I want a licence plumbing and gas to do all the plumbing jobs.
