Since the massive rains two weeks ago I have a recurring problem with a leaking wall in my house in Clontarf. On the outside it all looks fine, nothing has changed, and yet inside of the room on the ground floor the water is getting in. I need someone to have a look at it and advise what can be going on and what to do with it.
