We have a few things around the house that need to be done. 1.⁠ ⁠Change over kitchen tap 2.⁠ ⁠Install 3x stop taps across 2 bathroom basins. We already have 1 that's in place 3.⁠ ⁠The cold water in one of the bathrooms barely runs even at full blast. This will need to be fixed 4.⁠ ⁠The spout in the bathtub has come off, this needs to be replaced. 5.⁠ ⁠One of the toilets is leaking as of yesterday, hasn't been clogged or anything so not sure why the leak 6.⁠ ⁠Both bathrooms need to have the silicone redone I have the stop taps, kitchen tap & bathtub tap already so no need to purchase those. Silicon 2X basins, 2x rear of vanity bench, bottom of the window frames (water damaged), behind shower taps around bath. Thank you!

Replace a kitchen tap! New tap already purchased! The new one is the black “Mondella” brand as show in the photos! Two photos capture the connections under the sink and one photo shows the current faulty tap! It’s very hard to get availability so we will need a specific time of the day!

I had a person supply a Dishwasher that does not fit correctly under the bench and he removed the top leaving like packing material on top under the bench which could be flammable and advised I would need a plumber to connect properly. May need cabinetry fixed also. I need someone to assist and advise on the connection as I currently have a broken arm. I have attached a photo of my old dishwasher how it was and how the new one is installed.

Looking for a licensed plumber for a few small tasks in the house. Looking for someone to come today/tomorrow. First, replaced kitchen tap. I already have the new tap ready to install. We are also having some water flow issues in the ensuite basin. The cold water barely runs even when turned on full blast. Will need this repaired. There is a stop tap installed on one of the sides, will need another one added in this bathroom. We also have a second bathroom which requires stop taps to be put in. So 3 in total across the two bathrooms to be installed. The tap in the bathtub has come off last week, this will need to be replaced. I have one that I bought from Reece. I also have all 3 stop taps ready to install. Lastly, the silicone in the both bathrooms needs to be replaced- 2x showers, 2x basins & 1 bathtub.
