We have not used our shower for 2+ years due to renovations but post renovation, shower has very low water pressure. New shower kit has been installed but same tapware & spindles.

1. The toilet would go off in the middle of the night like it's refilling but really noisy. Sometimes it would go off every 20 mins or every hour. 2. No leaks or flushing issues, turned the knob down but it doesn't stop making that noise. Want to install a new cistern to fix issue

Have a spa bath in ensuite - the tap isn't working and looks like the previous owner did a home job as the water pressure is a bit cooked. Need it to fill bath faster

While using a plunger to remove a blockage in a bathroom basin, the wadte basket seal was dislodged. There is now leaking from the pipe. I need the seal replaced.

Remove existing mixer tap kitchen sink replace with purchased item

We need an experienced plumber to relocate the existing external sink and associated pipework from its current location outside (as shown in photos) to inside the garage. This work must be completed before the doorway is bricked up. Scope includes: • Disconnecting the current sink and pipework. • Running new water supply lines inside the garage. • Re-routing the waste pipe to discharge inside the garage.

Shower (ensuite) non operational. Might just need a washer. Getting no hot water at all turning the tap. Have second shower which is very touchy. Outside tap also needs a washer too I think.

Need sewer drain unblocked asap as have a baby in house by qualified plumber. Tree roots are to blame.

We have a few things around the house that need to be done. 1.⁠ ⁠Change over kitchen tap 2.⁠ ⁠Install 3x stop taps across 2 bathroom basins. We already have 1 that's in place 3.⁠ ⁠The cold water in one of the bathrooms barely runs even at full blast. This will need to be fixed 4.⁠ ⁠The spout in the bathtub has come off, this needs to be replaced. 5.⁠ ⁠One of the toilets is leaking as of yesterday, hasn't been clogged or anything so not sure why the leak 6.⁠ ⁠Both bathrooms need to have the silicone redone I have the stop taps, kitchen tap & bathtub tap already so no need to purchase those. Silicon 2X basins, 2x rear of vanity bench, bottom of the window frames (water damaged), behind shower taps around bath. Thank you!

Replace a kitchen tap! New tap already purchased! The new one is the black “Mondella” brand as show in the photos! Two photos capture the connections under the sink and one photo shows the current faulty tap! It’s very hard to get availability so we will need a specific time of the day!

There’s a foul odour, like rotten egg coming from my hot water tank I guess? Needs flushing and curing? Need a quote thank you
