The kitchen tap water flow, has minimal flow. It was working yesterday but now getting slower and slower

I have a Bosch series 8 washing machine and dryer. I have a Bosch stacking bracket too. I would like the dryer stacked on top of the washer and the washing machine connected to the drainage tap. A drill will be need to attach the stacking unit.

I need holes cut in this Ikea LAGKAPTEN Benchtop so I can put the sink and tap in. No plumbing required, just don’t have the tools or confidence to DIY this part. Plumber coming later to connect water.

My dishwasher is not draining water. I tried drain and pipe unblocker from Bunnings, but hasn’t worked. I can’t see anything obstructing water flow from washer, guessing it has to be somewhere in the pipe. Dishwasher is integrated and could be tricky to pull out.
