The drain pipe on the second floor of our house has sliped down approx 20cm so there is now a gap at the top. Need someone with very long ladder and strength to slide it back up.
Jake was Brilliant. Very fast, solved a difficult drainage problem and is a genuine bloke. Have asked him back to do some plastering and other small jobs. Highly reccomended.

The waterproofing has gone in all three of our bathroom showers. In one shower the tiles have cracked in the base of the shower because of this. The rest of the bathroom is in good condition, so if possible to keep the vanity etc and just repair the shower tiles and waterproofing that would be great.
