Find an experienced plumber in Balwyn

2x wall mounted tap (double vanity) 1x shower head plus hand held shower head 1x toilet installation.

We have a shower drain that was getting clogged somewhere but was overflowing outside, we used some drain cleaner crystals and now the clogging is happening back from the shower drain, we tried some liquid draino and it didn’t seem to effect it, we also tried to use a metal wire thing from Bunnings but the angle of the drain is too difficult for us to get it in, please we need help to unclog it

Replace a countertop basin.

The rainwater tank pump, keeps strting and stopping for no reasons. I need someone to repair the pump or diagnose the issue.

The garden tap is leaking and needs to be fixed or replaced.

Toilet cistern drips into cistern (despite playing with the height of the flush buttons) - suspected issue with seal on bottom of cistern. Also, cannot turn off the tap in cistern (ie from the mains pipe into the cistern itself). To be attended to also (eg so can turn off water to cistern when on holiday etc)

Last night, water started leaking from the ceiling vent. I suspect it is the overflow water from the gutter, that has not been clean up.

Leaking into the study room

The rubber gasket seal on back of toilet bowl needs to be replaced.

Need plumber to remove tap in the morning and re install later arvo or next morning

Find the source of the leak and repair the wall- brick party wall- WC is 1m up on the other side, no it’s not leaking. Humidity indicated with red arrow and WC is level of green line. Apparently lateral leak. Driveway drain? Licensed people only please.

Need a small blocked basin to be drained

Fisher& Paykel RF522ADUX5 to be Plummer into fridge cavity. Fridge is on the opposite side of the kitchen to sink and backs onto the outer wall. Not sure if water line can be run through the roof, there is access panels in the kitchen and hot water unit and tap directly behind on the outer wall. This is a ground floor apartment Fridge is new out of the box, any additional parts required will need to be provided.

1. remove 3 tap outlet 2. relocation 1 drainage pipe, about 2.5 meters away, same room as photo 3. remove 1 capped pipe 4. move 1 outlet to the removed pipe hole The house is built on stumps, there is plenty of room for pipes. Easy access to sub-floor, chipboard flooring has been cut next to the room.

We purchased inSinkErator Multitap and need someone to install it for us. It includes a hot water tank & filter and the tap. It'll be great if you have experience with this product, no worries if not as we will provide all the instruction manuals.

Please see attached picture. The drain outside of the unit was blocked and I would like it to be fixed.
