I need a leak fixed under kitchen sink

I need someone to reconnect a washing machine inlet hose from the current tap to the cold water tap. The washing machine hose appears to have been connected to the hot water tap instead of the cold tap. I tried to loosen the plastic connector but it is very tight, and I do not want to force it and risk damaging the tap or pipework. The job is under the laundry cabinet. It should be quick for someone experienced with washing machine connections or basic plumbing. Please bring suitable tools/grips and check for leaks after reconnecting.

I have an outdoor Rheem gas storage hot water system (approximately 9 years old). For the past few weeks, all hot water taps in the house have only been producing lukewarm water. Toilet leaking from the waste pipe (Flange???) it doesn't go into the floor but comes off from the side of the toilet and into the wall. The join from the porcelain to the PVC pipe is where the leak is, I believe it just needs to be re sealed with silicon.
