Existing silicone sealing around steel kitchen sink basin has eroded over time and requires a reseal as water is leaking through when doing dishes. Basin is quite basic steel basin with two troughs. Should be an easy removal, scraping off existing sealant from Caesar-stone bench top and replacing with new sealant to ensure it’s waterproofed. Would help to also reseal silicone around main tap that sits above.

A small amount of water is continuously flowing into the toilet bowl, and I have been informed that the issue may be due to a faulty inlet valve. I have purchased a new inlet valve from Bunnings, although it is slightly larger than the existing one. I was advised that smaller inlet valves are no longer available. Hi folks, I have one of two toilets that seems to be blocked up. Yesterday it was draining slowly, as of last night it has stopped draining... All other sinks, basins and other toilet flushes without issue, including the basin next to the toilet in question. I put two bottles of draino down the toilet last night, no movement this morning. I also used a brush and cannot find anything else to "brush"...
