I have an outdoor Rheem gas storage hot water system (approximately 9 years old). For the past few weeks, all hot water taps in the house have only been producing lukewarm water. The gas cooktop is working normally, so the gas supply appears to be fine. Looking for a licensed plumber/gasfitter to inspect and repair the system. Please advise if you can diagnose the issue and provide a quote for repair.

My toilet seat has come loose. Apparently it’s the wrong size. I need someone to visit, measure the size needed, purchase the replacement seat then return to install it. I will cover the cost of the seat.

Kitchen sink drain is blocked. Not inside, in pipes in ground. I believe it’s grease blocking pipe in the ground. Easy access as IO is on outside wall. Need snake to clear it. In the ground Pipe does down 400, then a 90 deg bend

A small amount of water is continuously flowing into the toilet bowl, and I have been informed that the issue may be due to a faulty inlet valve. I have purchased a new inlet valve from Bunnings, although it is slightly larger than the existing one. I was advised that smaller inlet valves are no longer available. Assistance is needed to replace the inlet valve.
