I need to reroute the shower head. It will involve removing the tiles and re route the pluming to location indicated in the mockup. I’ll be removing the existing tiles and doing the demolition needed, but I need a licences plumber to the all the fitting and waterproofing. New tiles don’t need to be fitted as part of this job. The work needs Strata approval so I’ll need some details from the trades person. Budget is indicative only. As toughly draw on the last photo, there going to be a new wall install(red) and the plumbing(shower head and mixer (white))needs to be relocated on the wall. For this job please quote the waterproofing of the entire bathroom as the tiles will be removed and the rerouting of the plumbing.

My gas hot water system isnt working. I suspect the pilot light is off as they kids were trying to get a spa heater to work. Its a Rinnai 26 instantanous gas hot water heater. I also have a spa heater that isnt working either.

Need my washing machine hooked up to waste trap. Currently under sink there are nipples for waste, however I would like a pipe installed that links to opening at top corner of sink.

Need to run waterline from the garage to the kitchen for the fridge. Drilling a hole in the floor is required. It has to terminate with an isolation tap before the fridge.

We have a bathroom vanity that just needs installing in our main bathroom. We have a stud finder with AC and I can help you do the job if needed. The vanity is about 900mm wide by 720 high. This would involve finding the studs behind the bathroom wall, drilling through tiles as needed and installing the vanity cabinet. We would also like a shower head installed on our ensuite shower. We will supply the shower head and plumbers tape.

The hose connection of the toilet shut-off valve is broken. The hose needs to be replaced.

Need help re silicone around sink drain.

The plate around sink drain is loose and causing a leak underneath sink. it need new silicone around drain rim.

Replace small bathroom vanity with same size new vanity, same taps and plumbing

The downpipe connected to the gutter needs to be relocated to the corner of the house and the hole needs to be plugged or capped with non rusting steel and siliconed (you must provide materials). I can reattach to the stormwater pipe and remove the 3meter white pipe running along down the bottom.
