fridge not remaining cold. bottom Freezer works and bottom of fridge is quite cold but top is warm and sides of french doors on fridge are hot

Looking for a bathroom fitter to completely renovate two shower rooms. Full retiling, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical, new shower screens, new basins, toilets and mirrors. Both very narrow bathrooms as shown in photos with shower cubicles as shown in photos. One showroom has one basin and the other has two basins.
