Washing machine cold water tap is leaking when attached with the pipe and turn water on. Might need to be repaired. When I am attaching cold water pipe into hotwater tap its not leaking. When I attached hot water pipe with cold water tap its satrts leaking.

Just install mixer tap on bathroom

Replace the kitchen mixer tap with the one shown in the attached image (this can be purchased from Bunnings for $79).

Toilet not flushing properly and leak under bathroom sink

Leaking tap in ensuite. Dorf tap...I attempted to change washer though either wrong size may need to be reseated. Early morning or arvo suits me.
