The current mixer tap is wobbly at the base, I need a brand new mixer tap to be supplied and fitted in my bathroom sink.

Kitchen mixer tap (pull-down type) leaking from under-sink where the pull-down hose connects. I’ve found the leak originates from the hose assembly (not the hot/cold in-hoses). Need a licensed plumber to remove the hose, inspect O-rings, replace if needed, re-assemble, test for leaks. Price include o-rings and any plumber grease applied. However, if possible replacement hose needed, I can pay extra.

My shower head keeps dripping even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. It’s a traditional shower with separate hot and cold twist taps (not a mixer).
