Hi, looking for a plumber to replace our existing kitchen sink mixer tap. The Scope: Disconnect and remove the old kitchen mixer tap, and install the new one. Materials: We have already purchased the new mixer tap. It comes with the standard flexible hoses/braided tails. Location: Clearview, SA. Timing: We are highly flexible with the day and time to fit into your existing schedule (weekdays or weekends are fine).

The task is to install the following on a tiled bathroom wall: • Install 1 - Mirror on bathroom wall (only two holes to drill) • Install 1 - Shaving cabinet on bathroom wall (500x400mm) (only 4 holes to drill) In total only 6 holes to drill. This is a really easy job for a competent handyman. Should only take 30 mins to 1 hour. I will be available to assist with holding things in place. Timing and date is flexible. Ideal day would be Sunday or Monday.

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking slightly from the retractable braided hose underneath the sink. **The Details:** * **The Issue:** The leak is coming from a worn spot on the flexible braided hose under the counter (marked with a red circle in image.png and image_4.png). Shower is leaking where wall meets floor. Just want shower floor sealed. Pipes have been pressure tested. No pipe leaks just floor leak into adjoining bedroom. Possibly regrouting also needed.

I’ve already attempted a DIY fix and replaced the rubber O-ring, but the leak is still present and may have worsened. As per video there is a constant dribble into the toilet. The cistern is a Wilco inwall cistern T02-0114 and you need the Wilco-GR-S747 – Inlet Valve, and Wilco-B01 – Outlet Valve to suit T02 cistern

I have a blocked toilet that is not flushing properly. I’ve noticed that the kitchen sink (a couple of rooms away) is also draining slowly, and I can hear noises coming from the laundry when water is used.
