Hi, We have two rooms at our property that have sustained some weather damage from the recent winter storms and we need a handyman that can do some carpentry work to fix the issues before we have new residents moving in. Also some light painting in two rooms. Room 1: The bathroom area and part of the ceiling will need to be patched and repainted (see attached photos). The paint colours are Dulux Whisper White on the walls and Dulux White Ceiling Paint. We have some leftover paint available on site. Room 2: The plasterboard on the ceiling has come loose and may need to be replaced, as it makes a snapping sound when pinned. The roof will also need to be plastered, sanded and painted. I want outdoor kitchen cabinets sprayed black. I currently have black vinyl wrap around them, see photo. The greyish colour is what’s underneath. The black and white is how it looks now, the vinyl wrap just pulls off.
