The bathroom roof however needs to be fully stopped up and sanded. The ceiling is approximately 3.5m by 3.5m. small easy job. I will provide the 3 in 1 plaster.

We require experienced professionals who can effectively identify and eliminate the source of mould in our bathroom. It is mostly not visible apart from the ceiling - and there is a persistent and noticeable smell indicating its presence. Wooden ceiling needs a good clean from dust and cobwebs. Needs to be done in a way so as to not get dust / debris on furniture etc. A good vacuum and wipe down would be ideal. Would be a bonus (but not essential) if you can seal some of the gaps in the ceiling from the exterior of house. Approx 100sqm of timber ceiling, approx 2.3 metres high which can be easily reached using a ladder.

Been let down mid job by builder, left us in chaos and unable to use half our home. Require some plastering where decals have pulled paint off a wall. Plus where a small shelf will come off. There’s about 12-15 small patches. Plus I require the bedroom painted to match the current colour of the bedroom. I don’t have the name of the colour so require you to find the colour or a close match and source the paint for the job.
