I'm looking for someone who can do a small gyprock/plaster job to neatly finish off an alcove in my bathroom. The alcove will be painted once this job is complete. The alcove is approximately 500mm x 2000mm and backs on to the back of a built in wardrobe. The job is in Surry Hills 2010.

The upstairs ceiling of my house has a small hole around 2-3cm in diameter and a few tiny cracks, roughly 2-5cm length. I need the hole and cracks to be repair and sealed to its acceptable condition. It’s a high ceilings and high walls in the bedroom and lounge room and I’d like someone with the ladder or long sticked cleaning devices to take care of it thoroughly. I need my ceiling painted white (2 coats). In the attached floor plan, you'll only be painting the section marked LIVING, so approximately 27.47 sq/m. There's a one small area that needs plastered over/sanded (I have a rotary sander and sanding pads if that would help). And there's one small area near an LED light fixture that needs reinforced (pics of these problem areas attached). Please do NOT include the cost of paint in your bid. I'll buy the paint myself based on your reco, or if you have an account with a paint supplier and can get it cheaper just LMK. I don't need high-end paint, just something serviceable at a decent value. There's not a ton of furniture, but all my stuff (computer desk, tv, wardrobe, shelves, etc) are all in one small space, so it's important that you have enough drop cloths to cover everything appropriately. We can shuffle things around, but there's not enough space to move it far enough away from the task site. I have one drop cloth but it's probably not enough. I'm also willing to help with the task and I'm moderately handy, so I don't think I need a team to do it unless you think having your own help there is the best way to get it done quickly at a better value for me. Small ceiling area (under mezzanine) needs Gyprock installed and finished to final topcioat & sanded. Fully furnished apartment but furnishings, fabrics, carpet and paint don't live up to marble floors and nice finishes. Just need to change a few things to get this pad looking great. Applicants must have portfolio or designs to show off their talents. A few requirements as far a living but looking for a non-cluttered high end livable apartment. Attached pictures show current furnishings, etc. The image looks better than the actual apartment so in person is an important aspect. Don't require mood boards, 3D plans, etc. Just need someone to know what color to paint, what fabrics to use and finally what final pieces to make the place look coordinated.
